PIRIYA SAINT BOONPRASAN

Chef Piriya is the corporate Chef of East West Cuisine Hospitality Group, leading the kitchen with a focus on technique, precision, and modern Thai execution. With experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, he translates tradition into a refined tasting menu built on balance and depth.

ESTHER TANGLIAN

Esther Tanglian is the Assistant Director of Ops at East West Cuisine Hospitality Group. She is driven by a simple belief that a great restaurant is more than a destination. It is a place where people gather, and where the commitment to hospitality never wavers.
